Welcome to The Pink Seats. As you can probably tell, our store is dedicated to being your one stop shop for your pink themed needs. We carry a wide range of pink items including jewelry and electronics, as well as products for your pets and office.
Shipping
We will ship your order through a reputable shipping carrier, which can include UPS, FEDEX, or other carrier which provides a tracking number. We choose the carrier that offers service that offers the best combination of speed and cost. Often times, our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This means that you may receive your items separately, instead of in one shipment.
Our Commitment To Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. On some pages, you can order products, make requests, and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name Address Email address Phone number Credit/Debit Card Information (etc.) The Way We Use Information: We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Returns
In most cases, you can return items within 14 days from the ship date. To qualify, simply initiate the return within 14 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). The supplier must receive your item back within 20 days of when it was originally shipped it to you. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 15% (A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all aluminum floor mats). Generally, product exchange is not an option. For exchanges, simply place a duplicate order once the original is returned. Refused shipments are subject to a 35% restoock fee and a loss of shipping and handling charges. RMA INSTRUCTIONS * Request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) by emailing orders@thepinkseats.com or by using our contact form. Do not ship items back prior to receiving an RMA number. You should receive a response within 48 hours. * A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. This RMA# is valid for 20 days. * You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. This means that the item(s) should be returned by way of a reputable shipping carrier, the shipment should be insured, and it should have a tracking number or some method of delivery confirmation. * Freight on merchandise being returned is to be prepaid. * Only ship returns to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email. * Note: Packages must have RMA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
